Mobile Substation

Mobile substations are fully equipped, road-transportable electrical systems designed for rapid power infrastructure deployment in emergency situations, temporary connection points, or remote project sites. They consolidate high- and medium-voltage components, transformers, and protection equipment onto a single trailer or skid platform.

ODN Energy supplies and deploys mobile substations to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the construction phase of new sites or to provide temporary feeding during maintenance windows on existing systems. Available in a wide range of voltage levels and power capacities, each unit is configured to match specific project and grid requirements.

Transformers

Power transformers perform voltage conversion between high-voltage transmission lines and distribution networks, used in large-scale power plant grid connections, transmission projects, and substations. Available from 5 MVA to 250 MVA across voltage levels from 72.5 kV up to 420 kV, with on-load tap changer (OLTC) options and ONAN/ONAF oil cooling.

Dry-type (cast resin) transformers use air instead of oil as the cooling and insulation medium, making them maintenance-free and significantly safer in fire terms than oil-immersed alternatives. They are the preferred solution for indoor installations, densely populated areas, data centers, and multi-story buildings, available from 25 kVA to 25,000 kVA up to 36 kV.

Fogging System

ODN Energy supplies and integrates high-pressure inlet fogging systems for gas turbines, used to recover the output and efficiency that turbines lose as ambient temperature rises. Fine atomized water injected into the inlet air stream evaporates and cools the air, increasing air density and restoring or, with wet compression, augmenting turbine power output. The systems are OEM-compatible and suited to both simple- and combined-cycle plants and peaking operation.

By precisely controlling inlet-air temperature and humidity, fogging raises power output during hot-weather peaks when grid demand and energy prices are highest, with a fast payback relative to mechanical chilling. ODN Energy coordinates technical sizing, high-pressure pump and nozzle skid supply, water treatment (RO/demineralization to turbine-grade quality), installation, and commissioning

Energy Storage System

Battery energy storage systems (BESS) are critical infrastructure solutions used to balance the intermittent generation profile of renewable energy sources, provide frequency and voltage regulation, and enable peak shaving and energy arbitrage applications. ODN Energy integrates BESS as a core component of solar and wind projects, managing design, procurement, and commissioning end-to-end.

Built on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell technology, solutions range from containerized modular systems to cabinet-level configurations. Every BESS solution is delivered as a complete package encompassing the power conversion system (PCS), battery management system (BMS), and full SCADA integration.

PV Panels

Photovoltaic (PV) modules are the primary generation units of solar power plants, converting sunlight directly into electrical energy through semiconductor-based cells. ODN Energy manages the panel selection process for every solar project it develops — evaluating technical performance, site layout optimization, and long-term energy yield targets.

Procurement covers monocrystalline PERC and TOPCon technologies as well as bifacial, half-cell, and double-glass module configurations. All procurement processes include factory audits, electroluminescence testing, and thermographic quality control as standard ODN Energy project procedures.

ODN_Power_HV_Cable

Cable & Conductor

ODN Energy manages cable and conductor procurement and routing coordination across all voltage and signal levels for solar plants, wind farms, substations, data centers, and industrial facilities. Power, control, and communication cabling are designed in parallel on every project, with cable sizing, segmentation, and signal integrity handled in an integrated manner.

Power cables are supplied across the full range from low to high voltage in both copper and aluminum conductor constructions, from the NYY, N2XSY, and XLPE-insulated MV/HV and LV families, selected according to installation method underground, aerial, or cable duct.

Modular Data Centers

Modular data centers are prefabricated data center solutions manufactured in a factory, transported to site, and commissioned rapidly, eliminating the delays and cost overruns associated with traditional construction. ODN Energy delivers modular data center design, supply, and installation services for projects that require fast time-to-operation, integrating power, cooling, and IT infrastructure within a unified structure.

Available in containerized or block modular architecture, these solutions can be equipped with N+1 redundancy, high-density rack configurations, and various cooling technologies including air, liquid, and rear-door cooling. Deployment time can be reduced by up to 60% compared to conventional construction, substantially accelerating return on investment.

Tower and Conductor

ODN Energy manages the full engineering, procurement, and installation coordination of overhead line infrastructure for large-scale solar and wind projects, handling tower structural design, conductor selection, and line route optimization as a unified scope.

Lattice steel and tubular steel tower types are supplied across a wide range of height and load configurations including suspension, tension, angle, and dead-end variants engineered to withstand wind, ice, and seismic loads specific to the project site. Overhead conductors are procured in ACSR, AAAC, and ACCC types, with corona loss calculations, vibration resistance, and climatic suitability evaluated.

Panel & Enclosures

ODN Energy supplies the full range of electrical panels, boards, and enclosures that distribute and control power across power plants, substations, industrial facilities, and data centers. We address panel selection as part of the broader electrical and IT infrastructure design in a fully integrated approach.

The product family covers LV distribution panels and boards, Motor Control Center (MCC) panels, and data center cabinets and rack systems. Data center cabinets are available in standard 19" and 21" rack configurations across a range of height (U) and depth options, and can be equipped with active/passive cooling adaptations, intelligent PDU integration, cable management accessories, and physical access control; liquid-cooled cabinet solutions are available for high-density applications.

Server Cooling System

ODN Energy supplies adiabatic fog cooling and humidification systems engineered for data centers, where stable temperature and humidity directly determine uptime. The systems cool inlet air evaporatively and hold relative humidity in the 40–60% band, simultaneously addressing thermal load and the electrostatic-discharge (ESD) risk that dry air poses to IT hardware. They extend the hours per year a facility can run on outside air ("free cooling"), reduce chiller load, and add cooling headroom for high-density and AI/hyperscale rack environments during heat events.

Energy use is a small fraction of electric steam humidification, and the systems integrate with the building management system (BMS/BAS) for precise, automated control. ODN Energy designs the solution to mission-critical redundancy levels (e.g., dual pumps, dual feeds, independent controls) and integrates it with existing air-handling units.

Cooling Systems

ODN Energy supplies high-pressure fog evaporative cooling systems that pre-cool ambient air for industrial process and power equipment — air-cooled condensers (ACC), heat exchangers, and balance-of-plant cooling. By dropping the inlet air temperature toward the wet-bulb limit, these systems raise the capacity of air-cooled equipment, reduce back-pressure on steam turbines, and cut the energy spent on mechanical cooling during high-ambient periods.

Because the cooling effect is purely evaporative, it adds capacity exactly when ambient heat is highest, without the capital and parasitic load of additional chillers. ODN Energy handles sizing against site psychrometrics, pump and nozzle system supply, water treatment, installation, and commissioning.

Strategic Partnerships

ODN Energy operates a curated network of manufacturing partners across Europe and Asia, selected against engineering standards rather than commercial convenience. Each relationship is structured as a long-term partnership with direct factory access, not a transactional reseller arrangement. That distinction matters. It gives our clients factory-level pricing, traceable quality control, priority manufacturing slots in tight supply windows, and a documented chain of custody from production line to project site.

Why ODN Energy

Clients choose ODN Energy when a project demands engineering depth, commercial fluency, and execution accountability under one contract. Four things separate us from a standard EPC contractor or boutique consultancy.
