Your Strategic Partner for Energy and Data Center Infrastructures

From conceptual engineering to final commissioning, ODN Energy manages the complete project lifecycle. No hand-offs. No gaps. ODN Energy supplies certified, field-proven electrical equipment sourced from leading manufacturers in Europe and Asia. Every product is backed by full technical documentation, warranty support, and local commissioning assistance.

  • ODN Energy is an energy infrastructure company headquartered in Türkiye and the United States, delivering end-to-end project development, engineering, construction, and advisory services for renewable power plants and data centers. Founded by licensed engineers with deep sector expertise, we combine technical precision with global execution capability across solar, wind, BESS, hybrid energy systems, and large-scale data center facilities.

We are not a typical consultancy. We take ownership of projects — from the first site assessment to commercial commissioning — and act as a trusted partner at every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle.

  • We bridge the gap between investors, technology providers, and execution. Every project begins with rigorous feasibility analysis and ends with a fully operational facility — covering permitting, detailed engineering, equipment procurement, EPC management, M&A when required, and grid connection. We bring the same discipline to a 10 MW solar plant as we do to a hyperscale data center.

Our multilingual, cross-border teams operate across complex regulatory environments — navigating YEKDEM frameworks in Türkiye, federal processes in the United States, and emerging market structures across the Gulf region — delivering infrastructure-grade results with the agility of a specialized firm.

  • Our clients are institutional investors, independent power producers, technology companies, and new energy players who need a reliable execution partner — not just an advisor. We work with organizations that demand technical depth, transparent process management, and on-time delivery in high-stakes infrastructure environments.

Whether entering a new energy market, scaling an existing portfolio, or developing a first-of-its-kind facility, our clients choose ODN Energy because we don't just advise — we develop, build, and deliver alongside them.
